JAMB Registration Guide

Follow these eight steps to complete your JAMB UTME registration correctly. Tick each one off as you go.

   Get Your Profile Code

   Create a JAMB profile on the official portal using your NIN and a personal email address. You need this profile code before you can buy an e-PIN.

   Get Your e-PIN

   Buy a JAMB e-PIN from any participating bank, accredited CBT centre, or authorized outlet. Contact us and we will assist you.

   Select Your Course

   Log in to the JAMB portal with your profile code and e-PIN, then choose the programme you want to study.

   Check Your Subject Combination

   Confirm that the four UTME subjects you are registering match the requirements of your chosen course and institution. Use the official JAMB brochure.

   Select Your Institution

   Choose your first and second choice universities, polytechnics, or colleges of education on the JAMB portal.

   Book a CBT Centre

   Pick an accredited JAMB CBT centre near you. Use our centre finder to locate one in your state.

7. 7

   Complete Registration at the Centre

   Visit your chosen CBT centre with your e-PIN, NIN slip, and passport photograph. Staff will capture your biometrics and finalise your registration.

   Verify Your Registration Slip

   Download and print your JAMB registration slip. Confirm that your course, subjects, institution, and photo are all correct.
