Exam Coach is intended for students preparing for WAEC, NECO, JAMB, and Post-UTME examinations, and anyone else who finds the practice tools useful. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you should have a parent or guardian's awareness when creating an account.

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know immediately (see Contact below) if you suspect unauthorized access. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account & Security.

Core practice tests (WAEC/NECO/JAMB/Post-UTME question banks, timed CBT-style sessions, and duels) are free to use. Premium unlocks unlimited AI Tutor (Snap & Solve) and Theory help beyond the free daily allowance, and is billed through Paystack.

Premium subscriptions renew or expire according to the plan you select at checkout. All Premium payments are final and non-refundable, except for genuine billing errors — see our Refund Policy for details.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to farm XP, coins, streaks, or leaderboard rank, or to abuse duel matchmaking.
• Upload content to Snap & Solve, avatars, or any part of the app that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else's rights.
• Attempt to access another student's account or data, or interfere with the normal operation of the service for other users.
• Resell, redistribute, or scrape our question banks for a competing product.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Snap & Solve and Theory feedback are generated by an AI model (Google Gemini) and are meant to help you study — they are not a substitute for your teacher, textbook, or official past-question solutions, and can occasionally be wrong or incomplete. Always cross-check important answers, especially close to exam day.

Our practice questions are compiled and written to reflect real exam syllabuses, but Exam Coach is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official product of WAEC, NECO, or JAMB. Always confirm official exam formats, subjects, and dates directly with the relevant examination body.

We aim to keep Exam Coach available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access — features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or beyond our control. We may update these terms as the app evolves; if we make a material change, we'll update the “Last updated” date above.
